How does Velyra work?

A built-in electric pump draws water from the tank and delivers a steady, controlled stream through the nozzle - a fresh, water-based clean at the touch of a button.

Do I need a plumber or any installation?

No. Velyra requires zero installation - no plumbing, no drilling, no permission needed. Fill the tank, place it beside your toilet, and you are ready in under a minute.

How big is the water tank?

The tank holds 2.5 litres - enough for several days of typical use. Simply refill it under any tap.

How do I charge it?

Via USB-C, with the cable included. A single charge lasts for weeks of normal daily use.

Can I adjust the water pressure?

Yes - pressure is adjusted directly on the device, from gentle to powerful.

How long does delivery take?

All UK orders arrive within 3-6 business days with fully tracked delivery.

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. For hygiene reasons, opened or used items can only be returned if faulty - in which case we will replace or refund in full.
